Happy National Cake Day

 

 

Pineapple Cake

 

Ingredients - 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of flour, 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 2 eggs (well beaten), and 1 can of unsweetened/undrained crushed pineapple. 

 

Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with spoon ( not too long ). Put in 9x12 pan (greased + floured).

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients for cream cheese frosting - 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 stick of oleo, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

 

Beat together until it looks like frosting. You will need to have mixer or food processor. 

​

Wait 3-5 minutes to ice the cake when out of the oven.
